What to write in about
A correction
If a figure on a review no longer matches the seller's checkout, if a label has changed, or if a claim we made is wrong, tell us which page and which sentence. Corrections are made on the page and dated at the top. This is the most useful email you can send us.
A product you would like reviewed
Send the product name and, if you have it, the official site. We review products readers are actually weighing up, so a request from a reader is exactly how the list gets made. We do not promise a review, and we do not accept payment or free product in exchange for one.
A question about a review
If something on a page is unclear, or you want to know how a number was calculated, ask. If the answer is useful to other readers it will be added to the page.
Press and publishers
Requests to quote, reference or reproduce material are welcome at the same address. We ask for a link back to the page quoted.
What we cannot answer
- Whether a supplement will work for you personally, or whether it is safe with your medication. Neither can be answered by email, and both belong with a physician or pharmacist who knows your history.
- Questions about an order. This site does not sell anything. Orders placed through a link here are handled by the seller and its retailer of record, usually ClickBank, and refund requests go to them. The refund conditions are stated in each review.
- Requests from manufacturers to alter a score, remove a criticism or preview a review before publication. The answer is no, and it is the same answer for everyone.
Manufacturers
If you make a product reviewed here and believe a fact is wrong, write in with the correction and the source and it will be checked and, if warranted, fixed and dated. If you can supply a certificate of analysis, a CFU count, or an individual ingredient amount that the label does not publish, we will add it to the review with attribution. That is the only route by which a manufacturer changes what appears on this site.
